I am a graduate of New York University. I have been teaching and tutoring in one fashion or another since grade school, when I began helping my siblings with their math homework. In high school, I was a supervisor in the peer tutoring program organized by the NHS. I also presented a math project at a local math fair. At NYU, I assisted a middle school math teacher, taught math at a learning center in New Jersey, helped to initiate a tutor program for College Bound, and acted as tutor and grader for the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences, among many other education-related jobs. I am available to tutor students of all ages and abilities in arithmetic, elementary math, middle school math, pre-algebra, all levels of algebra, pre-calculus, all levels of calculus, geometry, trigonometry, competition math, and all levels of Spanish, including AP Spanish Language. I can also assist students in preparing for standardized exams such as the GED, PSAT, SAT, ACT, and Regents.In my spare time, I like to play the saxophone and piano, do gymnastics, participate in German culture, and Bollywood. I like all kinds of music, but I especially enjoy country music.
